Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates will be calculated via USPS shipping prices depending on how much the package weighs.  Shipping outside the US will result in more expensive shipping costs.

Please allow 1-3 business days for me to pack and ship your product along with 3-5 days for transit (within the US).

Most items will arrive in either a standard flat rate envelope  or flat rate box from USPS, if you want me to use a separate method of shipping, please get in contact with me when you place your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.

If you have any questions or special requests, please feel free to message me directly on my website or email me at whiterabbitartwork@gmail.com .

If you are ordering a piece that gets printed repeatedly and you live outside the US (or just don't want to pay for shipping from California), you can request to have me email the design to your favorite local print shop with instructions to have you pick up your requested prints in person. This is highly recommended to International buyers as international shipping costs can be very high.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please let me know if you have any issues with your product!

I try to pack and ship my products carefully, but I know accidents happen in shipping occasionally and I don't want those issues to deprive you of your new art piece.

If it has been damaged in transit, I can either provide a replacement, a refund, or I may ask you to send it back to me for repairs depending on the extent of the damage. I'll ask for pictures of the damage to make sure everything is above board and to keep for my records. This should help me compare results over time as I learn better and better ways of shipping my wares.

If the product is small and easily reproducible, you will most likely receive a replacement where as if the piece is more substantial, I will most likely have you mail it back to me for repairs.

No refunds on custom commissions, as those are generally by the hour. That is the sort of product that would be repaired rather than replaced.
